02. Data we may process
When you visit the website, your IP address, access date and time, browser, device, requested page address and technical information needed for delivery and security may be processed. If you email us, we process your email address, your name if provided, your message and any documents you send. The website has no contact form, user accounts or online payments.
03. Purposes and legal bases
- Website delivery and security: our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning, secure service, within Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Responding to collaboration enquiries and taking steps at your request before a contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable.
- Professional correspondence and enquiries that are not pre-contractual: our legitimate interest in responding and organising our activities.
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
This website does not implement traffic analytics, behavioural advertising or automated decision-making. Providing information by email is voluntary; we may be unable to respond without sufficient details.
04. Recipients and service providers
Data may be accessed by authorised management team members, technical hosting and security providers, our email service provider and, where necessary, advisers or competent authorities. Vercel provides the website hosting infrastructure. Correspondence is processed through the controller’s email service provider. We do not sell personal data.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers must be covered by applicable mechanisms, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You may request information about the providers and safeguards through our contact address.
05. Retention
Correspondence is retained for the time needed to review and resolve an enquiry and, if it leads to a collaboration, to manage it. Documents subject to legal retention requirements are kept for the applicable periods. Information needed to establish or defend rights may be kept until the relevant time limits expire. Technical access data is retained according to security needs and the hosting provider’s policy, without being used by us for advertising profiling.
06. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If future processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
We respond without undue delay, normally within one month. The period may be extended under the GDPR with notice to you. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, and seek a remedy before the competent courts.
07. Access, export and erasure
To request a copy of personal data processed in connection with correspondence, or to request its erasure, contact razvannitu@elitemediaunited.com. Access, portability and erasure apply subject to the GDPR; some data may be retained where a legal obligation or another applicable basis requires it.
Preferences stored only in your browser can be exported or deleted immediately from the “Cookie preferences” panel in the website footer.
08. Security and external services
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the nature of the data. Email buttons open your email application. Social links take you to external platforms, which apply their own policies. Fonts, photographs, campaign previews and videos are served from website files. No Instagram player or embed script is loaded when watching a campaign on this website.
09. Updates
This policy is updated when website functionality or processing activities change. Information will be adapted before analytics tools, forms or other additional services are introduced.
10. Website technology
The website code does not transmit visitor data to artificial intelligence services or train models on visitor data. We do not integrate profiling tools, advertising pixels or traffic analytics.
